After receiving several requests from our customers for Booking & Appointment Plugin for WooCommerce integration with Outlook Calendar, we finally made it possible. v5.6.1 of our Booking & Appointment Plugin can now integrate your bookings with the Outlook Calendar via an addon!
Only customers who have an Enterprise License can benefit from this integration. Simply update your Booking & Appointment Plugin for WooCommerce to v5.6.1 and get the addon from your Account! But don’t worry Starter and Business plan customers. You can still continue to use the Google Calendar Sync & Zoom Integration.
Configuring the Booking & Appointment plugin for WooCommerce integration with Outlook Calendar
Simply go to the ‘Settings’ tab of your Booking & Appointment Plugin for WooCommerce. Under ‘Integrations’ you will find the ‘Outlook Calendar Sync’.
Scroll down and go to Outlook Calendar Sync Settings > Integration Mode > OAuth Sync option.
Follow the instructions given & fill in the ‘Client ID’ and ‘Client Secret’ fields. Save these settings first by clicking on ‘Save Settings’ and then choose the ‘Connect to Outlook’ button.
Once you connect your Outlook Calendar, you can select the exact Calendar you wish to Sync with your Bookings!
You can even fill out ‘General Settings’ such as the Event Location, Event summary (name), and Event Description. This will help you personalize how your information will appear on your Outlook Calendar.
