Previously, we have discussed Abandoned Orders, Different Settings, and Default Email Template. These articles explained how carts get abandoned as per the cut-off time settings and how email templates are used to send abandoned cart reminder emails.
This emailing mechanism is used to recover lost carts/orders. This is listed under the Recovered Orders tab. Let us understand the details of recovered orders in Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce plugin.
You will be able to have a glance at the number of abandoned carts versus recovered carts here. All of its details are under the Recovered Orders tab.

Recovered Orders page
On this page, the recovered orders as well as abandoned order details are displayed. You will find all the recovered orders listed under this tab which were recovered by sending abandoned cart reminder emails to lost customers to encourage them to complete their transactions.
Filter by Dates
You can check on recovered carts on this page as per the selection date. You can either select a range of dates by entering the Start and End Dates or select from the drop-down option available for displaying recovered orders during that duration.

For instance, the Start Date is set to 20th March 2018 and End Date as 27th March 2018. Therefore all recovered carts between the selected range will be displayed. Also when the option Last 7 days is selected from the dropdown, the carts recovered in the last 7 days will be displayed.
Interpretation of the result

As per the selection of date, the result will be displayed that will show the total number of abandoned carts, number of recovered carts, and abandoned as well as recovered revenue.
For the above instance, the result shows that there were 2 carts abandoned between 12th March 2018 to 27th March 2018 totaling to abandoned amount of $35. Also, there was 1 cart out of 2 abandoned carts that was recovered during this time period which led to recovered revenue of $10.
List of Recovered Orders
The result displayed after selecting dates will show a list of all recovered orders with its details like Customer Name, Email Address, Cart Abandoned Date, Cart Recovered Date, and Order Total as shown below:

In the above instance, there was only 1 cart that was recovered between 12th March 2018 to 27th March 2018 and this cart was abandoned by Bhavik Kiri. The cart was abandoned on 20th March 2018 at 6.12 PM and was recovered on 20th March 2018 at 6.33 PM through a checkout link sent via cart reminder email where the total recovered revenue was $10.
To conclude, the Recovered Orders page provides complete details on recovered orders and revenue. This helps you becuase majority of the time, shop owners are concerned with the extra recovered revenue earned rather than the total revenue of the business.
