It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day, it’s a new life for our Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce plugin!
And yes, just like Michael BublĂ©’s song, we’re feeling good!
Ever since we decided to introduce a new Admin User Interface for our Order Delivery Date Pro plugin, we’ve been excited for you all to see it. The planning for it may have taken some time but it was in the last two months when we finally took up this challenge. Tirelessly working towards this one goal, we’ve finally reached the destination. We’d like you all to welcome Order Delivery Date Pro v9.28.0:
Let us show you everything that’s been revamped in it.
1. Create Delivery schedules from one place
Earlier, if you wished to create delivery schedules, our plugin offered you two ways to do so: – one was by creating a Custom delivery schedule while the other was by configuring settings at Global level. If you wanted to create a custom delivery schedule then you’d have to click on the ‘Custom Delivery Settings’ tab as shown here:
But now, ALL of your delivery schedules can be created from one place. Glide over to the ‘Delivery Schedule’ tab in v9.28.0 and there you’ll find the Default Delivery Schedule & Custom Delivery Schedules.
You can set up Date settings, Time slot settings, Minimum Delivery Time, Cut-off period, add Holidays and do so much more! The best part about it is the ease with which you’ll be now able to set delivery schedules. Remodeled design with an intuitive feel -that’s what we’re catering to!
2. Embrace the reassembled settings
So you must have already noticed how we’ve shifted a couple of things here and there. For instance, if you wanted to set up delivery charges earlier, you’d have to do so by going to different sub-tabs such as the ‘Time slot’ section or the ‘Time Settings’ section as shown here:
But now, you can setup these delivery charges for Timeslots, Next day, Same day or Rush Hour charges from the ‘Additional Charges’ drop down.
Since all of these settings fall under the same section, we decided to regroup them, as we did with other settings as well. Talk about efficiency!
3. Try out 2 new delivery calendar themes
Your Checkout Page has never looked better. We’ve also introduced 2 new delivery calendar themes that will add a sleek and stylish look to your website. Have a look at them here:
4. Set Maximum Orders for different weekdays
For Sunday, I want only 50 orders: âś”
For Monday, I will be able to send out not more than 70 orders: âś”
Is that how you were looking at restricting the number of orders? Based on different weekdays? We’ve heard you.

5. Use weekday settings for your custom delivery schedules
Earlier, Weekday Settings were available only at Global level as show here:
But now, you can use these settings for your custom delivery schedules too!
