Yes, it is possible to set different fees for customers from different countries for same gateway. This can be done by setting up ‘Main Fee’ and ‘Additional Fee’ – each fee has its own ‘Countries to include/exclude’ options. You may also want to add fixed value for both fees – this can be done by using ‘Global Extra Fee’ in WooCommerce->Settings->Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts->Global Extra Fee. For e.g. you need to setup Paypal fees as 2.9% + $0.35 for customers from USA and 4.5% + $0.35 for customers elsewhere. In this case you would need to: 1. Set PayPal ‘Main fee’ to 2.9% and set ‘Countries to include’ to USA. 2. Set PayPal ‘Additional fee’ to 4.5% and set ‘Countries to exclude’ to USA. 3. Enable ‘Global Extra Fee’, set it to $0.35 and set ‘Exclude from gateways’ to exclude all gateways except PayPal.

The plugin helps a lot and is easy to use. Regular updates keep it compatible with many payment services. Bugs and issues are quickly fixed by the support team – even if there may still occur bugs every once in a while, they are willing to improve their testing and therefore the plugin and support deserve 5 stars.

Works as expected. Thank you for the excellent plugin, works as expected. Like how it changes the total price to show the correct total after the fee/discount is applied and shows the fee/discount on the line above the total amount, very useful.

Woocommerce came out with version 3.6.1 which messed up a couple of my plugins. Tyche Payment Fees plugin was one of them. After informing Tyche about the issue they were right on it to iron the issue out and got everyone up and running in short order. Some of the other plugins from other companies are STILL not working. This says a lot of the quality support with Tyche. Bravo Tyche!

This plugin does everything it says on the tin and does it well! Intuitive to use with lots of control.
I also have to mention how good the support is. I came across a plugin incompatibility issue (another plugin). Tom responded quickly and was motivated to update his own plugin to work with this particular plugin. This kind of support is unbelievably helpful!

Works great! I thought the plugin was broken, but realized that I needed to set up BOTH the payment gateway (PayPal) fees AND the general options in order for it to work. Would be lovely if the documentation was updated. Thank you so much for your work!
